If the apartment is available on the dates you require, please get in touch and we wil give you a specifc price for the dates you are interested in and based on the size of your party (see below).
If the dates are shown as 'Unavailable / booked' then we would still encourage you to submit an enquiry as we are able to utilise our links to other owners on Dream Hills II to check their availability for you. This will save you having to start searching all over again. Please note that if your group size is above 6, we would recommend that you rent an extra apartment and as stated, there is a good chance we can arrange this for you.
- Securing your Booking
If your stay is more than 42 days (6 weeks) away, you will need to pay a 20% deposit or a minimum of £50, whichever is greater, to confirm the booking.
If your stay is less than 42 days away, you will need to pay the full amount immediately to confirm the booking.
- Cost
Below we have given you a guide price per week for renting the apartment – please note this is the price for the apartment NOT per person and clean linen and bath towels are provided although only for use within the apartment and that you should bring your own towels for use at the beach / by the pool.
You will be required to pay a service charge locally on arrival to cover cleaning and meeting and greeting at the apartment. This cost will be determined by the size of your group but will between a minimum of 35 € (based on 2 sharing) and 50 € (based on 6 sharing). Please also note that arrivals / departures from the apartment after 10.30pm and before 8am will incur an 'out of hours' charge of 30 € to reflect the unsociable hour.
These are guide rates only and actual rates may be slightly higher or lower dependent upon the length of your stay. If you are interested in a long-term rental (i.e. 4 weeks +) we will calculate a specific rate to reflect the length of rental period and time of year.

One of the payment methods is via PayPal which is a secure method of payment for anyone with a Credit or Debit card and an email address. However, a 4% surcharge for payments made via this method will be levied to cover the costs incurred. For example, a party of 2 staying for a week in February would pay £114.40 instead of £110.
Alternatively you may prefer a more traditional option such as paying by cheque. Or we can also provide you with bank account details so you can make payment using Internet Banking or Telephone banking services if you prefer.
Whichever option you prefer, we will provide you with the necessary information on how to make payment when appropriate.
- Security Bond to cover breakages / damage / loss of property
In addition to paying the agreed rental rate for your stay, we will require an additional 20% Security bond (deposit) or a minimum of £75, whichever is greater (up to a maximum of £400).
Before and after each let, the property is inspected and any damage or breakages noted. If at the end of your stay, there is no reason to retain any portion of the deposit it will be returned to you in full within 7-10 days of concluding your stay.
In the event this is not the case we will retain sufficient amount to get replacements / make repairs up to the maximum deposit amount with any balance that remains being returned to you with a breakdown of charges.
We may retain a proportion of your deposit if the apartment is left in a particularly unsuitable condition - we ask that the apartment is left tidy in order that the apartment only requires a standard clean before the next let but if our agents inform us that it was necessary to spend longer than normal we will retain this charge from your deposit.
Please note that even if the apartment is left tidy but it is apparent that smoking within the apartment has occurred, the full deposit will be retained.-
- Taking Occupancy
We recognise that flights to / from the UK, particularly on budget airlines, may mean that your flight times are not ideal for 'standard' check-in/out arrangements and we try and be as flexible as we can to accommodate your personal circumstances.
Generally speaking, we would ask that you vacate the apartment by no later than 11am on the day of your departure, whilst on the day or of your arrival you may not be able to access the apartment until 4pm onwards.
However, if we can be more flexible, rest assured that we will and better still, there will be no extra charge. You should expect the above arrangements to be adhered to in the event of back-to-back rentals, which we will advise when you book.
If there are any changes after you have booked and before your departure date, we’ll endeavour to let you know before you leave, whilst if there are any further changes during your stay that may affect the time of your ‘check-out’ time, our agents will advise you a.s.a.p.
- Additional Information:
If you would like a welcome pack to be available to you on arrival, please let us know. This will be prepared for you by our property management company and may be particularly beneficial if you will be arriving when shops and supermarkets are likely to be closed. Packs can range from more standard, basic items such as bread, water, milk, etc to also include beer, wine, etc and more food items if required.
If your group includes young children who may require a cot, this can be arranged for you at an additional cost. Please advise us of your requirements and we can let you know the price. Similarly, if you have children who may be prone to bed-wetting please advise and we can arrange for appropriate bed clothing to avoid any damage to the bed(s).
