The Dream Hills II development is in the Los Altos urbanization, which in itself is located in Orihuela Costa, just south of Torrevieja. It is ideally located for beaches, shops and bars at Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and La Zenia.
Within a short 5 minute walk there are two commercial centres (Via Park III and Via Park V) that are home to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants that cater for the ex-pat community and holidaymakers who base themselves in the area.
Supermarkets are plentiful with no less than 5 within a 5 minute drive, including an Aldi newly situated adjacent to the development which is a 2 minute walk. There are also smaller shops at both Via Park III and V.
Overall, the area has a nice feel to it that is far different to 'resort' holidays that people often have when then go on package deals. Dream Hills II is a mix of apartments and houses and whilst many of the properties will be used as holiday homes, many are owner-occupied also whilst the surrounding urbanizations are also primarily residential.
